THEORY IN DEEPEX
THEORY IN DEEPEX SOFTWARE
This section introduces the new DeepEX combined software features, analysis methods, and theoretical background. The DeepEX software is capable of analyzing braced excavations with “conventional” limit-equilibrium-methods and beam on elastic foundations (i.e. the traditional NONLINEAR engine). It incorporates several analysis methods for the calculations of active and passive earth pressures, water pressures and seismic loads.
Ground water analysis methods
Hydrostatic Pressuses, Simplified Flow, Full Flownet, User-defined water pressures!
Undrained-Drained behavior for clays
Undrained-drained behavior options for Clays in DeepEX software, options to define Clay behavior!
Active and Passive Earth Pressures
Active and passive coefficients for lateral earth pressures, methods included in DeepEX!
